Why I write:

So I don't forget what is important!I am blessed to create memories for others but often times I neglect recording our memories well.
Why I started the blog:
When I started this blog back in 2007 I lived 625 miles from my parents and I just had a sweet baby girl and had celebrated my 3rd wedding anniversary.I started a blog as a way to share our life with our friends and family across the miles.Why the title:
Romans 10:15 says, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!”My hearts desire is to have beautiful feet by proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ.
About the blog header:
Generally the header will include feet... often my children's because who wants to see grown peoples feet! I love this particular header because of my daughters mismatched toenail polish that needs to be updated and I happen to get my son to stand still enough to snap the shot! This image reminds me that life isn't perfect or easy but it is worth it when I am following my savior.About me:
I am a native Okie who has relocated to the Ozarks. I am married to a pretty amazing guy who is an elder at a church we are planting with another family and he works a J-O-B to pay the bills. We have two very sweet kiddos. Those two are a gift from God that He is using to make me more like Jesus! I am blessed to stay at home and homeschool my oldest. I also serve as a director of our local Classical Conversations community and I am also a photographer. These are the things I "do" but what defines me is what Jesus Christ accomplished on the cross on my behalf! He redeemed me for himself and now I am His. I am a work in progress and am thankful for grace daily!
